ONE-TO-ONE COACHING:
I help through an integrative and holistic manner, to allow you to self-regulate and deal with challenging situations with courage, resillience and mental strength. I will help you rewire new thought patterns, actions and habits to remove barriers and achieve fulfilment in your life.
GROUP WORKSHOPS:
I provide a safe space for groups to connect, learn and share experiences where every participant will leave with a brand new view on how to best care for themselves and their children, including those with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, ODD).
I deliver workshops on:
Safe Relationships, from children through teenagers and young adults;
Trauma-Informed Parenting, with outstanding proven results on reducing extreme and challenging behaviours;
Mindful Emotion Coaching, providing parents and care-givers, foster families and residential care homes, the tools to manage their own emotions and help their children to understand their own, through a coaching approach.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING:
I provide online and in-person training events, to suit your organisational needs, delivering training sessions to empower your workforce through leadership training.
This is for organisations and businesses who want to be industry leaders, with a strong desire to nurture and develop their workforce.
The training promises to enhance productivity, staff engagement and job satisfaction. I offer full-day, half-day and lunchtime learning sessions and adapt training dependant on group size.

CONSULTING:
I offer immersive consulting to individuals and professionals, for trauma-inclusivity and awareness, and diversion for young people at risk of the criminal justice system. Consulting is on a case-by-case basis. I work with private and local authority chidren's care placements and settings, foster agencies and carers, educational establishments and businesses.
I have expertise with both the mental health system and the CJS, and provide consulting to find solid solutions to prevent, manage and reduce negative behaviours as a result of mental health and criminal or disruptive behaviour within settings.

SOLUTION BASED COUNSELLING
Solution-based counseling is a therapeutic approach centered around identifying and implementing practical solutions to specific issues or challenges faced by individuals or groups.
We specialize in Involving you in actively identifying and evaluating potential solutions to problems, and then implementing and monitoring those solutions.
What you can expect
We work together. This means we work through your issues and blockages, consider how they are impacting you in the now and how you can move forward in the future.
We break through your limiting beliefs, disrupt your negative thought patterns and set realistic, attainable goals.
Together, we lift some of the weight from your shoulders leaving you feeling positive about your future.

Mindful Emotion Coaching
Ages 5-12
Mindful Emotion Coaching Therapy for children aged 5-12 integrates neuroscience and gentle mindfulness practices with emotion coaching techniques to help children understand and manage their emotions effectively, reducing tears, tantrums and outbursts.
Emotion coaching: Providing children with guidance and support in understanding and expressing their feelings in healthy ways, fostering emotional intelligence.
Mindfulness: Teaching children to cultivate present-moment awareness, non-judgmentally, which helps them recognize and regulate their emotions more skillfully.

This is a sensitive time of development and change for teenagers; through a balance of education on their own brains, Mindful Emotion Coaching empowers teenagers to explore their emotions without giving in to unhelpful or disruptive behaviours.
